Shift: Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM including rotating weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the NICU Nurse Transition Program designed for experienced nurses.
- Train with a NICU nurse preceptor for 16 weeks.
- Engage in dedicated education time during the transition period.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Inpatient RN experience
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP)

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inpatient RN experience required
Education: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years if Associate Degree is the highest degree held
License & Certification:
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months
Schedule:
- Flexibility to work nights and rotating weekends
- Precepted shifts may be day or night
