Job Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and directs quality, compassionate care by maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
- Creates positive therapeutic relationships with patients/families.
- Provides leadership to team members by articulating and delegating expected standards of care.
- Supervises and encourages team members and supports their contributions.
- Supervises LPNs, PCAs, US, Ortho Techs, and other non-licensed staff.
- Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
