- Manage operations of the assigned unit
- Supervise activities of clinical staff on the assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
- Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs
Required Skills

- Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
