Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to surgical patients utilizing the nursing process and professional standards of care.
- Perform all staff nurse activities.
- Function as charge nurse when assigned.
- Maintain overall accountability and responsibility for assigned patients, delegating tasks when appropriate.

Requirements
Experience: Less than one year related experience.
Education: Associate's degree; must obtain BSN within three years of hire or transfer for new hires after June 14, 2017.
License & Certification:
- Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Florida.
- BLS from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS from the American Heart Association.
- PALS from the American Heart Association (required within six months of hire or transfer).
