Job Responsibilities
- Provides age-specific, quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and standards of nursing practice.
- Expedites appropriate care and treatment using critical reasoning and clinical judgment.
- Assesses, triages, and provides nursing consultation, performing follow-up and care coordination.
- Applies appropriate nursing interventions such as identifying and clarifying patient needs.
- Conducts health education and promotes patient advocacy.
- Facilitates continuity of care and collaborates with healthcare professionals.
- Coordinates patient communication and prepares patients for procedures and tests.
- Demonstrates leadership by inspiring others and promoting team building.
- Completes written reports and manages time effectively.
- Utilizes performance improvement methodologies to enhance patient care.
- Participates in all other assigned duties, including on-call responsibilities.

Requirements
Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible registered nurse (RN) work experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university.
License & Certification:
- CA-RN (Registered Nurse)
- BLS - Basic Life Support
