Establish and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and objectives.
Direct and supervise staff as well as workflow.
Ensure fiscal accountability and budget management.
Maintain ongoing effective operation of the assigned Nursing department 24 hours a day.
Support the hospital’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Focus on patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community as customers.
Accountable for continuous assessment, improvement, coordination, and integration of department services.
Approve timekeeping and employee evaluations.
Meet applicable regulatory standards.
Approve supply orders and department strategic planning.

Experience in Wound Care
Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider

Experience: Five years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting with three years supervisory experience required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements.
