Job Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction in key clinical areas to support high-quality patient care, clinical practice compliance, quality functions, and patient experience.
Manage and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), ensuring their adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
Recruit, hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate new staff positions to meet Curana and patient needs.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery.
Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage schedules for clinical staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
Build and maintain relationships with senior living facilities to optimize care coordination.
Participate in the implementation of company-wide initiatives including value-based care models.
Actively participate in company committees or task forces related to clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient safety.
Foster a culture of patient-centered care, promoting a positive and compassionate environment.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the clinical budget and monitor financial performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Stay updated with developments and trends in primary care, geriatric medicine, and senior living.
Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare organizations.

Requirements

Current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the relevant jurisdiction.
