Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction in key clinical areas to support high-quality patient care, clinical practice compliance, quality functions, and patient experience.
  • Manage and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), ensuring their adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Recruit, hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate new staff positions to meet Curana and patient needs.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage schedules for clinical staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior living facilities to optimize care coordination.
  • Participate in the implementation of company-wide initiatives including value-based care models.
  • Actively participate in company committees or task forces related to clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient safety.
  • Foster a culture of patient-centered care, promoting a positive and compassionate environment.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the clinical budget and monitor financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety guidelines.
  • Stay updated with developments and trends in primary care, geriatric medicine, and senior living.
  • Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years demonstrated experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing primary care, geriatric, or senior living services.

  • Current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the relevant jurisdiction.
