Job Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced nursing practice focusing on specialized patient populations.
- Provide expert consultation and implement improvements in patient care delivery.
- Lead the development of nursing practice according to national specialty guidelines.
- Collaborate system-wide with nursing, service lines, and other patient care departments.
- Demonstrate advanced professional competence in a specialized area of nursing practice.
- Engage in research to improve care outcomes for patients.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of three years in area of specialty (Emergency Department)
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited Clinical Nurse Specialist program
License & Certification:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Oregon Advanced Practice – Clinical Nurse Specialist License
- Certification as Clinical Nurse Specialist in area of specialty
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
