Job Responsibilities
- Run independent clinic (Urgent Ortho Clinic)
- Conduct patient evaluations and education
- Refer for diagnostic treatment/tests
- Administer therapeutic injections
- Evaluate x-ray, CT scan and MRI independently
- Review lab results
- Perform casting and splinting in a clinic setting
- Write prescriptions
- Dictate patient information
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR)
Required Skills
Core Skills
- NCCPA certification or CRNP/FNP certification
- Three years of previous orthopedic experience
- Ability to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully
- Computer literacy
