Job Responsibilities
- Run independent clinic (Urgent Ortho Clinic)
- Perform office/clinic patient evaluations and education
- Refer for diagnostic treatment/tests
- Administer therapeutic injections
- Evaluate x-ray, CT scan, and MRI independently
- Review lab results
- Casting and splinting in clinic setting
- Write prescriptions
- Dictate medical reports
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR)
Required Skills
Core Skills
- NCCPA certification or CRNP/FNP certification
- Three years of previous orthopaedic experience
- Licensure to practice in Alabama
- Computer literacy
