Job Responsibilities
- Assure quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice.
- Serve as a resource person in both clinical and management settings.
- Act as a positive clinical role model.
- Effectively act as a change agent to ensure optimum delivery of nursing care and services.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing and one year supervisory experience preferred.
Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
License & Certification:
- Current license for Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Currently certified in CPR
