Plans and delivers nursing care to residents in accordance with current standards and regulations.
Evaluates and monitors residents' conditions and provides nursing care according to care plan and doctor's orders.
Provides input in the formulation and evaluation of care standards with interdisciplinary team members.
Initiates emergency support measures when needed.
Coordinates resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge, completing appropriate forms and documentation.
Performs assessments including identification of changes in physical or psychological condition.
Ensures nursing history is present in medical records for all residents.

Experience: 1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred.

Education: Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program required.
