Position: Nursing Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $80,000-$85,000/YR plus monthly incentive potential, $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: Monday-Friday, Rotating on call, may include occasional evening/weekend visits

Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care for patients
Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care and documentation as necessary
Assist with interviewing, selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff
Participate in the release of patients from the facility to their home through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations
Collaborate with the operations and business development team
Conduct internal case management, evaluation, and development of nursing talent
Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local and Aveanna policies and procedures
Perform quality assurance of clinical documentation
Coordinate care with ancillary healthcare providers
Be flexible with being on call for emergency after hours visits/calls

Experience: Must have at least 2 years of hands-on nursing experience in the last 5 years
