Job Title: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care Float Pool ($30k Recruiting Incentive)

Position: Float Pool Team Member

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem

Pay: $200,000+ with potential up to $30,000 in recruitment incentives and signing bonuses

Shift: 8 AM - 8 PM; 8-14 shifts per month, weekend and holiday rotations

Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered urgent care medicine.
Be part of a dynamic team of 3-4 clinical concierges, including medical assistants and XRTs.
Provide a modernized, convenient, and friendly experience for all patients.

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting
Confidence in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and x-ray reads
Ability to treat all ages and practice autonomously

Experience: 2 years of clinical experience post-degree preferred
