Job Responsibilities
- Delivering and sustaining a comprehensive Academic Action Plan/NCLEX Success Plan.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based strategies to enhance academic performance, improve testing outcomes, and optimize NCLEX pass rates.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and creating new methods to improve NCLEX performance.
- Proposing developments in curriculum to address NCLEX subject matter areas.
- Supporting student learning through workshops, remediation sessions, group tutorials, and one-on-one meetings.
- Ensuring integration of ATI tools and resources in all student meetings.
- Creating methods to increase test taking skills, study skills, and note taking skills.
- Collaborating with faculty to identify course weaknesses and develop initiatives to address them.
- Identifying Students at Risk for persistence issues and developing action plans.
- Identifying Students at Risk through data tracking and developing interventions.
- Assessing effectiveness of persistence strategies and meeting established objectives.
- Participating in professional development to maintain an understanding of current ideas and practices.
- Evaluating data such as assessments and tutorial session participation.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with online learning management systems
- Knowledge in technological support and delivery of program area and services
- Compliance knowledge with state, federal, and local laws/regulations
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of the field of discipline

Requirements
Experience: A minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent and/or education.
Education: Master’s degree in nursing, education, or administration required.
