Job Responsibilities

Operate ECMO equipment during emergency and critical care scenarios
Deliver safe, age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions while on ECMO support
Maintain regulatory and institutional standards in all patient care practices
Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members
Participate in ongoing performance improvement and quality assurance activities
Support patient and family education and engagement throughout the care process
