Job Responsibilities
- Oversee total operations of the acute rehabilitation program.
- Ensure clinical and administrative excellence.
- Manage budgeting and program development.
- Supervise staff management and quality improvement.
- Enhance productivity across an interdisciplinary team.
- Represent the program within the hospital.
- Maintain effective communication and policy adherence.
- Support strategic growth of the rehabilitation program.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support program success.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Clinical and operational experience in acute rehabilitation
- Strong leadership in rehabilitation services
- Understanding of rehab workflows, compliance, and performance metrics
Preferred Skills
- Background as a PT, OT, SLP, or RN
- Experience in marketing and business development
- Ability to attract and retain patients
- Experience in transitioning from Director of Business Development to operations
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in rehabilitation operations and program growth.
Education: At minimum, a graduate of a four-year bachelor's degree program.
License & Certification:
- PT license
- OT license
- SLP license
- RN license
