Job Responsibilities

Oversees the daily operations of the telemetry unit, ensuring appropriate staffing, workflow coordination, and resource utilization.
Provides direct supervision to clinical staff, including performance management, coaching, and identifying training needs.
Monitors and supports the delivery of evidence-based care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Facilitates communication between interdisciplinary teams to promote collaboration and continuity of care.
Promotes a culture of accountability and excellence in patient safety, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
Participates in initiatives aimed at reducing variation in clinical practice and improving efficiency, effectiveness, and cost containment.
Supports patient throughput by managing admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize bed utilization and care transitions.
Analyzes and responds to patient and family feedback to enhance the patient experience and service recovery efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements
