- Handle supervisory responsibilities for the assigned unit
- Develop and implement employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
- Maintain care standards and review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor overall care and individual resident cases
- Address resident or family questions and complaints
- Represent the unit’s interests with upper management
Required Skills

- Valid State RN License
- Strong computer skills

Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of Long Term Care experience
- 2+ years of Charge Nurse experience
