Job Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions and serve as a patient-care innovator.
- Shape exceptional patient journeys daily.
- Leverage skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
- Establish authentic personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based practice in care.

- Accept responsibility, accountability, and authority for provision and management of care.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENPC) required or within six months of hire
- Trauma Nurse Certification Course (TNCC) preferred
Preferred Skills
- Minimum of two years supervisory/management or Charge Nurse experience in a patient care setting
- Minimum of one year of RN clinical experience in an emergency department
Requirements

Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
License & Certification:
- VA (or Multi-state) RN license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- ACLS
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENPC) or within six months
- Trauma Nurse Certification Course (TNCC) preferred
