Job Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care and services.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
- Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Provide clinical supervision, competency, and licensing necessary for job responsibilities.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
- Perform clinical duties as required.
- Recommend developmental opportunities and mentor team members.
- Implement and stay updated with organizational change and best practices.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of designated work team or unit.
- Develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.
- Oversee hospital administrative functions supporting patient care.
- Manage care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment.
- Monitor performance metrics and track success of strategic improvement projects.
- Ensure safe, quality, and standardized care delivery.
