Job Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments.
- Coordination of the RAI process.
- Provide Medicare, Medicaid (case mix), and managed care oversight.
- Ensure appropriate clinical services are provided.
- Ensure appropriate reimbursement is received for each resident.
- Serve as a key member of the facility’s management team to help obtain/maintain quality outcomes.

Requirements
Experience: Three years of experience in a long term care environment preferred.
