Provides professional nursing care for patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical evaluation.
Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care.
Obtains patient consent for care and ensures patient confidentiality.
Documents health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
Executes prescribed treatments and medical interventions.
Administers prescribed medications and monitors treatment progress.
Refers to/consults with physicians and other health providers.
Educates patients and families about health maintenance and management of conditions.
Documents patient assessment and intervention data.
Maintains patient records and inventory of all medications.
Coordinates and executes treatment plans for patients.
Schedules follow-up appointments.
Collaborates with GIA Research department as required.
Handles incoming patient treatment-related phone calls.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years professional nursing experience, with at least 1 year of infusion experience.

Education: RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
