Job Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists with bedside procedures.
- Provide nursing care in a fast-paced, high acuity environment.
- Support learning and mentoring for team members.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- ICU RN experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification (within 30 days of hire)
Preferred Skills
- PACU experience
- Cardiovascular related experience
- CCRN certification
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of recent, full time ICU RN experience.
Education: Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program
License & Certification:
- RN license
- BLS certification
Schedule:
- Flexible off if all patients are done before 9:00 PM.
- Call Requirements: Approximately one FULL weeknight (Mon-Thurs) every 4 months, one weekend every 9 weeks, and two holidays per year.
