Position: Mental Health Provider for Child & Adolescent Patients

Pay: $60.33 - $93.08 per hour, actual rate dependent on experience

Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and excellent patient experience as part of a healthcare team
- Treat mostly Child & Adolescent Patients
- Practice in an outpatient clinical setting
Required Skills
Core Skills
- PMHNP-BC certification
- Post graduate certificate in psychiatry and mental health
- Certification of Added Qualification (CAQ) in psychiatry
Preferred Skills
- Doctorate level education - DMSC for PAs
- 10,000 hours of clinical practice in mental health
- Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one
- BLS certification
- DEA certification
Requirements
Experience: 10,000 hours of clinical practice in mental health
Education: MSN or DNP with Post graduate certificate in psychiatry and mental health
License & Certification:
- PMHNP-BC
- Active Utah medical license
- BLS certification
- DEA certification
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
