Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
Gather patient stats before and after treatment.
Initiate treatment and monitor patients during treatment.
Terminate treatment and collect patient blood samples per physician orders.
Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments.
Clean and disinfect machines after treatment.
Conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations.
Participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

Experience: Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

License & Certification:

CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire date.

Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director required, including competency in hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.
