Position: Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $27 - $31 / per hour, $1200 Sign On Bonus (Days), $1750 Sign On Bonus (Nights)

Shift: Rotation 4/3, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or Monday-Friday 7 AM - 3 PM / 8 AM - 4 PM

Job Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
