Job Responsibilities
- Provide surgical nursing care across various sites.
- Assist in emergency, elective, and scheduled procedures.
- Ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with surgical teams.
- Communicate with patients’ families.
- Organize supplies for surgical procedures.
- Assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-surgery.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Perform count procedures to prevent retained objects.
- Administer medications and monitor vital systems.
- Involve patients in postoperative decisions.
