Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum and hands-on learning
- Apply specialized training to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care
- Work in a float pool capacity across the Medical Surgical and Cardiac Telemetry units
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Clinical nursing skills
- Ability to transition to new specialty
Preferred Skills
- National certification in area of specialty upon hire
Requirements
Experience: 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program
License & Certification:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Schedule:
- Rotating weekends required
