Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, regulatory and accreditation standards.
Support interventions to help individuals and their families achieve independence.
Assist with management of the electronic health record and paper chart.
Float to the direct care position as needed.
Participate in unit quality projects, including data collection.
Assist with unit equipment inventory and maintenance.
Precept new RNT employees.

Current Nursing Assistant certification (C.N.A.)
Current enrollment in an RN Nursing Program with completion of two clinical rotations
Maintains current CPR certification
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
Customer service skills

2-5 years work experience in a rehabilitation hospital, acute care hospital, or skilled nursing facility.

Experience: 0-5 years, preferred 2-5 years in relevant field

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
