Job Responsibilities

First assist in the operating room (OR) alongside seven surgeons and one APP.
Provide excellent patient care through a wide variety of surgical cases, including bariatrics, breast, plastics, hernias, and thoracic procedures.
Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation.

Requirements

Experience: 1 year of surgery experience required

Education: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program

License & Certification:

Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C)
Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Colorado or unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
Unrestricted DEA permit
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
