Job Responsibilities

First assist in the OR for a variety of cases including bariatrics, breast, plastics, hernias, and thoracic.
Utilize Epic EMR system-wide.
Work collaboratively with a team of surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
Provide excellent patient care and support.

Requirements

Experience: One year of surgery experience required

Education: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies for Physician Assistants, Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program for Nurse Practitioners

License & Certification:

Unrestricted PA license in Colorado for Physician Assistants
PA-C certification by NCCPA for Physician Assistants
Unrestricted NP license in the state for Nurse Practitioners
NP certification by ANCC or AANPCB for Nurse Practitioners
RNFA Certification for Nurse Practitioners
BLS certification by AHA or American Red Cross
