Job Responsibilities
- Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
- Assist in establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
- Maintain care standards for the unit
- Review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
- Address resident or family questions and complaints
- Represent the unit’s interests with upper management
Required Skills

- Valid State RN License
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills

- 3 years of long-term care experience
- 2 years in charge nurse roles
