Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
  • Delegate tasks related to the investigation and resolution of patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care.
  • Facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers and team members for optimal patient care.
  • Proactively monitor resource needs across clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignments.
  • Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
  • Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision and competency for the team.
  • Delegate tasks in accordance with scope of practice.
  • Perform clinical duties as required.
  • Create developmental opportunities for team members and build collaborative relationships.
  • Solicit and act on performance feedback to drive improvement.

  • Design emergency preparedness programs and maintain compliance and readiness.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure accountability for performance.
  • Implement long-term projects to remediate issues and improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role; minimum three (3) years customer service experience. Additionally: Bachelors degree in business, nursing or health care and five (5) years in business operations or related field, or eight (8) years in business operations or related field.

Education: Bachelors degree in a business, nursing, health care, or directly related field.

License & Certification:

  • Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
  • Basic Life Support required at hire
