- Provide high quality care to assisted living home residents in a warm, supportive, and caring manner.
- Administer clinical and medication support to residents.
- Support care teams in delivering excellent resident care.
- Promote assisted living philosophy and statutes.
Required Skills

- Considerable knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Ability to observe and evaluate patients' physical, behavioral, and mental conditions.
- Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients.
- Ability to administer treatments and medications and observe for adverse reactions.
- Record maintenance and preparation of clear, concise reports.
