Pay: LPN: $33-$38/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $35-$40/hr; RN: $38-$42/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $40-$44/hr

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate healthcare services to ensure the best possible care for each individual.
Document nursing interventions and changes, keeping track of everything that impacts each person’s health.
Maintain medication and treatment orders, ensuring they meet MAP standards.
Teach and train staff in essential personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and using supportive devices.
Assist individuals with their personal care and daily activities (ADLs).
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs.
Take on additional assignments as needed.
