Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical operations of the home health team
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator
- Supervise field staff and ensure delivery of high standards of patient care
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Problem-solve issues related to home health care services
- Review plans of care on a daily basis according to OASIS and Medicare guidelines

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year nursing experience within the last 36 months, Medicare home health experience preferred
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
