Job Responsibilities
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Obtain and interpret relevant assessment data.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and health care team.
- Educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention.
- Monitor quality healthcare practices and ensure compliance with standards.
- Contribute to team building and positive morale.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
- Demonstrate leadership within the nursing profession.

Requirements
Experience: Two (2) years of Cardiovascular ICU experience
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
License & Certification:
- California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS)
- American Heart Association Certification for Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
