Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of patient care personnel within the assigned clinical area and/or facility meeting patient care requirements following physician instructions, MHS policies, and approved patient care standards.
Have hybrid functions across administrative and patient care services.
Execute tasks as assigned and according to the clinical area of specialty.
Innovate by recommending new and/or revised unit methods for defining quality management goals.

Certification in clinical specialty
Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)

Requirements

Experience: Two (2) years of clinical experience in professional or technical role/function

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire

License & Certification:

Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS Certification
