Ensure care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company.
Comply with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
Oversee overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift.
Mentor and educate nursing personnel.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
