Ensure care delivery is consistent with the company's missions and policies.
Adhere to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
Oversee overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts.
Mentor and educate nursing personnel.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Active and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Assisted Living (AL)/Memory Care (MC) setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
