Job Responsibilities
- Ensure care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company.
- Adhere to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Oversee overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift and on the assigned unit.
- Mentor and educate nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
