Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert evidence-based care to pregnant women and newborns.
- Work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
- Engage in shared clinical decision-making.
- Advocate for patients and work effectively within and across disciplines.
- Contribute to a patient-care model incorporating ICU competencies with Obstetrical care.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Acute care RN experience in an Adult ICU
- Strong patient advocacy
- Ability to work well within and across disciplines
Preferred Skills
- Obstetrical experience
- Specialty certification
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience in an Adult ICU
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
License & Certification:
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification
Schedule:
- Night shift, 12 hours, with rotating weekends and holidays
