Job Responsibilities
- Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Visit clients in their homes and supervise field clinicians.
- Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
- Assist with in-home client assessments and complete the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Leadership/Management experience
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently
- Solid communication and PC skills
Preferred Skills
- BSN/MSN preferred
- Minimum three years recent and verifiable high-tech pediatric experience as an RN or LPN
- At least one year of experience in nursing management or pediatric nursing
- Child Abuse Clearance, where applicable
- Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting
Requirements
Experience: Minimum three (3) years recent and verifiable high-tech pediatric experience as an RN or LPN; at least one (1) year experience in nursing management or pediatric nursing.
Education: Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of MO.
