Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Wound and Foot Care program.
- Perform Wound/Foot and toenail care.
- Facilitate the Wound Care Team.
- Educate and coordinate staff.
- Collaborate with Medical Staff and interdisciplinary team.
- Set facility goals for the wound/skin integrity program.
- Collect data and analyze trends.
- Initiate and evaluate improvement processes/outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports to the QI committee and facility leadership.

Requirements
Experience: 2 years in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, or rehabilitation center)
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
License & Certification:
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
