Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Position: Floating Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Type:
Pay: Starting bonus, bonus incentive, $750 CME allowance per year
Shift: Shifts determined two months in advance; MainStreet Clinic Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Suturing
- Splinting
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management
- Review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist)
- Provide general dermatology care
- Manage general eye problems
- Interpret general EKGs
- Utilize emergency management skills
- Provide general GYN expertise
- Treat children of all ages
- Offer occupational medicine services
- Conduct telemedicine sessions
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- MSN or higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
