Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff services.
- Implements and maintains a quality assurance program.
- Administers medications and handles computer documentation.
- Assesses resident's current status and observes/report changes to MD/sponsors as necessary.
- Orders medications from the pharmacy.
- Conducts wound care and collects/processes lab samples.
- Manages all aspects of the care plan process.
