Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function
- Responsible for a clinic unit
- Coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs
- Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration
- Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Trains and mentors staff

- Ability to implement change and assist with departmental budget management
- Ability to make independent decisions in high-stress situations

- Supervisory experience
Requirements
Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
License & Certification:
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR
- ACLS if applicable by Facility/Department
