Job Title: RN On-Call - Hospice
Position: Registered Nurse providing hospice care
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $74,000 - $80,000 per year (Average Pay Range)
Shift: 7 on/7 off; Mon-Thurs 4:30pm - 8:00am; OR Weekends Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8:00am

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide support for families by sharing knowledge and guiding them in caring for terminally ill loved ones.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Computer proficiency including EMR
- CPR certification if required by state
Preferred Skills
- Hospice experience
Requirements
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred
License & Certification:
- Current unencumbered RN license
- CPR certification
Schedule:
- 7 on/7 off
- Mon-Thurs 4:30pm - 8:00am
- Weekends Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8:00am
