Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting infants with complex medical needs such as prematurity, respiratory distress, or congenital conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including neonatologists, pediatricians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for infants.
- Provide emotional support and education to families.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards in neonatal care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and stay current with best practices in neonatal nursing including advanced life support and infant resuscitation techniques.

Requirements
Experience:
Education: Diploma from an RN program
License & Certification:
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state
- Licensure in secondary state required within 90 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation program (NRP)
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
